10,000 gallon water tank on hill orchards have been grown using organic methods. We did not use herbicides or pesticides, and we used only organic amendments.
Our oil was not certified organic because of the cost of the certification, but our methods were. This also means that a soil test today would not show negative soil contaminants, and someone could start an organic orchard or vineyard right away.
