Like many of you, I am a proud native Californian,
born and raised in a Christian home and I continue to live according to the
principles I learned as a young child/adult and apply Christian principles to
business. My wife and I raised four children, and we now have four
grandchildren and two great grandchildren and still counting! Early in my
career, my parents encouraged me and my wife to promote oneness in our family,
occasionally my wife and children would sometimes travel with me while I
conducted audits or attending company sponsored seminars. especially when I
travelled to South Lake Tahoe, Emerald Bay and Palm Springs. I received my education and formal training
over many years, working throughout California/Nevada in regional managerial
positions with one of the most family-oriented companies similar to Century 21,
the Ford Motor Credit Company, a worldwide automotive, equipment, and
commercial real estate/finance corporation.
Throughout my professional career I was often referred
to as the “go to guy.” Being an Auditor, Financial Analyst and Region Manager,
I developed a unique background with specialized training which allowed me to
advance in sales finance, operations, and management. At my Church, a large
ministry (8000+ members), I was asked to assist in the planning, construction
and completion of a 5,000-seat auditorium, assist in coordination of demolition
of existing structures at the construction site, assist in managing and
training the Church administration staff, oversee and manage all real estate
donations. As I assisted my Church evenings/weekends/vacations, on my regular
job, as Region Manager, I continued to travel and managing regional sales
finance operations and heading up special training projects.
My specialty was and is now in the area of commercial
real estate and finance, this is part of the reason why I chose to transition
several years ago to a career in Multifamily/Commercial Real Estate and
Finance. Also, as a private real estate investor/owner, coupled with my 30+
years career in commercial real estate/finance, it has been all about reaching
another level of excellence and realizing as a professional investment property
specialist always being prepared to answer the two most important questions a
prospective multifamily property buyer or seller wants to know:
·
Do I want to
buy or sale this Multifamily property?
·
Can I buy or
sale this Multifamily property?
The answers to
the ‘Do or Can’ questions, has serious but exciting implications. As your
Century 21 Realtor, allow me the privilege in assisting you in your plan to buy
or sale your Multifamily Investment Property. When it comes to Multifamily
Investment Real Estate, I am your “go to guy.”
