Prior to starting my real
estate career, I taught in the local Soquel Elementary School District for
six years. My last assignment was
teaching gifted 7th graders English and social studies at New Brighton Middle
School. I also taught journalism and cheerleaders. I’ve lived in Santa Cruz since age 10. I currently, live in Corralitos with my
husband Mark, who is also a Realtor, and our dog Sandy. My
hobbies include cross fit, sailing and skiing. My passion is helping people fulfill
their dreams of finding the perfect home. I joined CENTURY 21 in 1986! I have over 30 years of real estate sales
experience and have been a Top Producer ever since my 2nd year in real estate. Rest assured that I am constantly educating
myself to stay current with new legislation, contract changes and strategies to
protect my buyers & sellers. Some of my designations include
Negotiation Specialist, GRI, American’s Most Referred and California of Realtors
Director; including the Luxury Home Specialist Designation. I am a past President Elect and Member of
Board of Directors, Chairperson of Professional Standards. One of my most proud moments was when I was
awarded the Community Service Award by Santa Cruz Association of Realtors in
2001 and was awarded WCR Santa Cruz Woman of the Year 2017. I have been on the Professional Standards
Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors for the past 4 years. When I can, I try to pass my knowledge down
to others. I am an instructor for Contract
& Code of Ethics classes for Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors new
agent orientation. I have also been
granted the position of being the Vice President of the Harvest Food Bank Graduated Magna cum Laude from San Jose
State University with a teaching credential. I am happy to say that 85% of my business
comes from repeat clients and referrals. I hope to leave a positive, lasting impression
on all my clients.
