In 1984, Orhan Tolu embarked on a mission to redefine real estate services in Burlingame, California, by founding Tolu Triple R Realty. By 1994, Tolu Triple R Realty had grown significantly, leading to a pivotal moment in its history. The company merged with Century 21 Alliance, transitioning into a Century 21 franchise and rebranding as CENTURY 21 Real Estate Alliance Group. This partnership allowed the firm to combine its deep local expertise with the global recognition and resources of the Century 21 brand, setting the stage for even greater success.
Under Orhan Tolu’s leadership, CENTURY 21 Real Estate Alliance Group continued to expand. In 2007, Orhan bought out his partners and became CEO, overseeing 12 thriving offices throughout the Bay Area. His vision and determination helped the company become a major player in the region’s real estate market.
The company’s growth story took another leap forward in 2020 when CENTURY 21 Hometown Realty was acquired, expanding the group’s reach to California’s Central Coast.
This move underscored the company’s ongoing commitment to bringing its renowned service to new markets and helping even more clients achieve their real estate dreams.In 2022, CENTURY 21 Real Estate Alliance Group made two more strategic acquisitions, adding CENTURY 21 Peak and CENTURY 21 Everest to its portfolio.
These acquisitions extended the company’s presence into Santa Barbara County, Ventura County, and Greater Los Angeles, solidifying its status as a dominant force in Southern California’s real estate landscape.Today, CENTURY 21 Real Estate Alliance Group is a testament to Orhan Tolu’s visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to growth.
